The obtainment of any travel services offered by stamonica.com.ph constitutes an arrangement between you and us, and represents your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions before making an actual payment. TOUR PACKAGE RESERVATION
Each offer of tour package is available everyday for a private tour, unless travel dates are specified.
Reservations can be done through online using the reservation form, through our Facebook page or FB Messenger, website or through phone texts.
All website rates are inclusive of value added tax and surcharges of stamonica.com.ph.
Rates are based on existing lowest-priced service for every inclusions stated, considering possible and mandated discounts.
Advance booking is required. A minimum of three (3) days for day tour packages (except for Bohol which needs at least 7 days) prior to preferred travel dates and is subject for availability.
Down Payment: Fifty Percent (50%) is required to all reservations for us to confirm your booking with us. Payments received after office hours are considered next day booking.
Confirmation email will be sent to your email address specified upon booking to acknowledge any payment made and for confirmation of your reservation.
HOTEL RESERVATION
For all hotel reservations, full payment is required so we can guarantee the room before arrival. Cancellation policy still applies. Published hotel rates in the website are subject to terms & conditions and not applicable during peak season. You can always send us an email for questions about hotel reservations at info@stamonica.com.ph.
PRICE POLICY
All package rates are based on rates known at the time of publication. Package rates are per person. The stamonica.com.ph practices a "No hidden Charge" policy. Price is inclusive of value added tax and surcharges of stamonica.com.ph. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, terms & conditions will apply. The stamonica.com.ph reserves the right to re-price/re-quote for any additional fees that may have incurred (i.e. government taxes or hotel/airline surcharges or changes in rates).
PAYMENT
A 50% down payment of the total package is required for us to process the reservation for you. The stamonica.com.ph accepts payment through:
Money transfers (depends on availability),
Bank transfers,
ONLINE payments using credit cards, debit cards or PayPal (with service charge applicable and depends on availability), and
GCash (depends on availability)
Your booking is not confirmed until the down payment payment is received by us and you receive a confirmation email from us. Your reservation will likewise be automatically cancelled if the payment required is not received within the specified period and stamonica.com.ph reserves the right to apply cancellation charges if necessary. Price is guaranteed upon receipt of the down payment.
BANK TRANSFER is highly recommended but if you wish to make an ONLINE payment, please specify that during reservation. Invoice (or link to the invoice) will be sent through email after we receive your reservation from our website. A service charge of the due amount will be added for ONLINE payments when applicable.
Please review and verify your statement invoice thoroughly and contact stamonica.com.ph immediately if your invoice appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later. The stamonica.com.ph cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within 5 days after sending out the invoice. In the case of billing errors, stamonica.com.ph reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing and surcharge when applicable.
The stamonica.com.ph is not responsible for cancelled package reservations in the event down payment is not received before the travel date.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If a booking cancellation is received by stamonica.com.ph at least 3 days before the date of travel, 90% of the paid down payment WILL BE REFUNDED and 10% is non-refundable. Cancellations received less than 3 days or 72 hours will not be honored and will not be refunded.
The stamonica.com.ph reserves the right to cancel confirmed tours in the event of natural phenomenon or mandated government cancellations. Guests will be entitled for a refund (minus 10% service charges) or will be able to move their booking to a later date depending on the availability of the tour.
The stamonica.com.ph reserves the right to cancel the tour for any member of the group without refund if found not physically fit (i.e. not feeling well, drunk, etc) to do the activity, like Canyoneering while the tour has started.
NO REFUNDS will be provided by stamonica.com.ph for cancellation of other members of the group, portions of trips missed due to cancelled, rescheduled or delayed flights or if passenger is not permitted by the Immigration Consulate to travel after airport check-in, nor is stamonica.com.ph responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your trip if you miss your departure flight or flight connection.
There are NO REFUNDS for unused transport, entrance fees, hotels, and tours. In case you have to withdraw from tour after it has begun due to some reasons, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to make any refund for absences from the tour. Terms & conditions apply.
Refunds will usually take 30-40 business days depending on the approval process of our office.
NO SIGHTSEEING POLICY
There is a possibility that whale sharks or other activities may be cancelled during the day of the tour due to unpredictable nature, inclement weather, and other environmental factors that are beyond our control. In such an occurrence, we regret to inform you that there will be no refund on the used transportation charges. Boat fees, entrance fees, parking fees and other fees will only be shouldered by the guest(s).
Whale shark watching operation is managed by the local government of Oslob, the boat used here is a paddled boat which can carry 8 to 12 persons, shared with other tourists. Motorized outrigger boats are not allowed in the area. You are hereby being informed of the type of transportation in this kind of activity that will be used before booking with us.
REVISIONS
Necessary penalty charge may apply per person for any revision made to the confirmed reservation unless the change increases the value of booking.
Confirmed reservations are transferable, change to another name and/or destination is permitted unless the change increase the value of booking. Confirmed reservations may also be revised or adjusted should the guests wish to change their destinations which should be shouldered by the guests for their own consumption as per our price policy.
Prices in our website are at discounted rates. We have different tour packages found at www.stamonica.com.ph/packages/ which you can prebook online. Should you decide to add an activity and/or side trips on the day of the tour, it will be added as regular rates and the prices on our website of the same package will be disregarded.
SAFETY
Please be aware that during your tour booked by stamonica.com.ph, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to:
the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas;
travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation;
forces of nature;
political unrest;
acts of lawlessness or terrorism;
and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities.
We will not assume responsibility regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. While stamonica.com.ph will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken, by agreeing to participate in a tour you agree that you will not hold stamonica.com.ph responsible regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered. You are also hereby being informed by this policy that availing our services require you as guests to be physically fit in all circumstances for tour and travel activities.
